Returns

To return products to us, the form included in the package with the words must be filled in. All fields in the form must be filled in. If you use your right of withdrawal, you as a customer will bear the return cost. Carefully reseal the package and submit it to the nearest rebate. Return slip included in the package must be pasted on the old label. Refunds for the products will be made when we have received and checked them, certain shipping costs may remain and will not be refunded.
