Rules and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer (hereinafter "you") make purchases on, and use, the website info@liwaperformance.se and associated websites (hereinafter "the website"). The terms constitute an agreement between you and Liwa Performance AB, org. No. 559324-9229, (hereinafter "Liwa Performance" AB or "we"). By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to these terms.
HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
You as a customer are important to Liwa Performance AB. All information collected is carried out in a responsible manner with regard to your privacy and to the GDPR law. It is important for us to be clear about how we handle your personal information, therefore you can always contact us regarding questions about this.
However, there are times when we need to handle your personal information or other privacy-sensitive information to provide our services. For example, when you shop on Liwa Performance's website, we need to ensure that the purchase is right and that it is really you who is shopping. Depending on the payment method you choose, we may need to manage your credit card information or perform a credit assessment. If you want your information deleted after your order with us has been processed, email us.
Prices
All prices are in the currency available for your chosen country and include applicable VAT.
We reserve the right to issue any price adjustments, stock changes and obvious typographical errors.
Discount codes cannot be combined with products that are already discounted or that have been recently launched. The lowest applicable price is applied automatically.
Payments
We offer Klarna, card payment and gift cards as a payment method.
Payments by bank card can only be made in the following currencies: SEK, EUR
Gift cards can be used as payment and are valid in the currency it applies to.
If you are under 18 years of age, approval from a guardian is required to complete a purchase.
* If you use Klarna as a payment method, Klarna will in some cases charge a fee, for example if your Klarna invoice is not paid on time. This is in no way related to Liwa Performance's business. More information about Klarna can be found at klarna.se.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
It is important that you provide the correct e-mail address and telephone number. If you provide incorrect information, you will not receive the necessary information about your order. Packages that are not picked up will be sent back to us. Your order will then be refunded apart from a cost of 350 SEK for each uncollected package.
Vi använder DHL och Postnord för transport av paket inom Sverige. För närvarande har vi fri frakt på paket som överstiger kostnaden av 899kr och en returkostnad på 59 SEK.
For environmental reasons, we mainly use recycled packaging materials and packaging.
You will receive an order confirmation to your email when your order is placed.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. When your package is ready to be picked up at the nearest postal agent, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. Be sure to make sure you provide the correct contact information in order to receive these updates about your order.
DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be sent as soon as possible after your order. We usually pack and send orders received before 12.00 on weekdays the same day. Normally, all customers have their packages within 1-3 working days, but there is nothing we can guarantee.
In the case of promotions, we reserve the right to longer delivery times.
We reserve the right to any final sale of products. We will email you this info as soon as it is discovered and explain how we will or can proceed.
REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Uncollected packages are charged SEK 350 for Swedish customers. For packages that have not been picked up outside Sweden, 35 euros / GBP / dollars or 350 NOK will be charged.
BUY THROUGH DEALERS
If you have purchased a Liwa Performance product from a dealer, please contact your dealer / store for questions about replacements and complaints.
USED PURCHASES
If you have bought used Liwa Performance products from another private person, we can unfortunately not help you with exchanges or complaints.
Other
Liwa Performance is not responsible for any accidents or the like that may occur where products from us have been used.
We are happy to help you choose the right size but can not guarantee a perfect fit.
Also note that the perceived color of the screen may differ from the actual product depending on the settings you have on your screen.
Liwa Performance reserves the right to cancel an order if there are special reasons. Liwa Performance reserves the right to final sales, delays, technical problems, advance of the launch date and incorrect product information.
SMS and email advertising can occur when you have shopped with us or have registered to be notified when an item is back in stock.
You can always choose to unsubscribe from both email and SMS.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances, and a comparable event beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, which affects agreements entered into and commitments on our part, and which makes us can not keep the said agreement / commitment, such event shall form the basis for Liwa Performance to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
